A one day workshop on Research Methodology organised by Research Development Cell in Collaboration with IQAC was held in Model Christian College on 6th April 2024. The resource person for the day was Dr. Boyillapalli Venkata Rao, Associate Professor, Department of Education Nagaland University, Kohima Campus. The workshop was divided into two sessions namely; Research Methodology and Insight on Citations, respectively.Speaking on the topic ‘Research Methodology’ Dr. Rao mentioned that research helps in improving the academic career of the teachers and their teaching skills. He stressed on the importance of having a positive attitude towards research, which will ultimately affect the quality of education.
