Oriental College Kohima (OCK) has earned another feather to its crown by becoming the first college to have the Rover and Ranger (Adult/Senior Scouts) Unit in Nagaland. 15 Students, 5 Rovers and 10 Rangers, have sworn their Scout Promises in a solemn Investiture Ceremony, a first of its kind in Nagaland, on 17th September 2016, at Oriental College, in the presence of the College Principal, District Organiser (Scout), Official from State Head Quarter, Bharat Scouts and Guides Nagaland, Guide Master from different Schools, and their parents. The Rovers and Rangers will now be a part of the world Brotherhood and Sisterhood Scout movement, and have committed themselves to serve God, the people and the country with honour. The Investiture or the Formal admission ceremony was administered by Kekhrieselhou Theünuo, Rovers Scout Leader (AQM).
